There have been protests taking place all across Madrid by young people because they graduate and are not able to find jobs anywhere...even as laborers. My teacher said most graduates are lucky if they get a job at Café & Té (which is like a starbucks or espresso royale here)
58% of workers only make about 1000 euros a month...and that is considered middle class and lucky.
We think we have it bad but I would much rather be living in the US right now than here.
