So this morning was the first day of class. I woke up early cause I knew I would have a hard time finding the rooms since the buildings and roads here can be really confusing. My first class was history of art in Spain. It was very interesting and the teacher seemed nice but I don’t know how exciting of a class it will be. Today we learned about the Borroco and Neoclinismo types of paintings from Spain. My next class was culture of Spain. I know I am going to love this one. My teacher, Anna, came in and was so bubbly and excited to be there. I already have learned some stuff about Spain that I did not know and we were with her for only one hour. I learned that the movie Vanilla Sky is a recreation of the movie Abre los ojos. Also I learned about some famous monument in Spain and about different regions of Spain.
My last class was with a U of M professor. It seems like it is going to be fun. Today we just talked about Pamplona and got to know our fellow classmates. I think I will learn a lot in my classes and I am excited for this next month.
